The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) announced Thursday that 207 of its employees are among the 5,594 successful candidates in the 2025 Bar Examinations.
The passers, representing the central office and various attached agencies, are scheduled to take their oaths as lawyers on 6 February at the Philippine Arena in Bocaue, Bulacan.
The Philippine National Police accounted for the largest group of passers within the department with 109, followed by 40 from the Bureau of Fire Protection and 29 from the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
Other successful candidates include 15 from regional offices, eight from the National Police Commission, three from the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos and two from the DILG central office.
