QCPD launches Project HILAMOS to curb vandalism

Quezon City Police conduct community initiative along East Avenue and in 17 barangays to address illegal markings and wall defacement.
To address vandalism, illegal markings, and wall defacement in public spaces, the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Station 10 conducted Project HILAMOS, a community-based initiative led by acting district director PCol. Randy Glenn Silvio, along East Avenue in Quezon City on Friday, 09 January 2026.

Simultaneous activities were also carried out in 17 other barangays as part of the QCPD’s effort to promote cleaner and safer public spaces.
