

City of Dreams Manila is welcoming 2026 with a lineup of festive dining experiences and entertainment offerings across its signature restaurants and venues, highlighted by special New Year’s Eve menus and a midnight countdown celebration.
The integrated resort is rolling out seasonal menus at Crystal Dragon, Haliya, Nobu Manila, and The Café, combining refined international cuisine with live entertainment and extended celebrations leading into the new year.
Crystal Dragon, City of Dreams Manila’s Cantonese and regional Chinese restaurant, continues to offer its seven-course Festive Season Family Set until 1 January 2026, for lunch and dinner. Priced at P36,000++, the menu is designed for four to six diners and features premium seafood and meat selections, including wok-fried green lobster with XO sauce, double-boiled abalone with fish maw and dry scallop, steamed live sea grouper, braised duck, and a variety of signature rice and dessert offerings. The restaurant operates daily from noon to 11 p.m.
Haliya, which specializes in reimagined Filipino cuisine, is offering a “Bagong Taon” a la carte menu for dinner on 31 December and 1 January. The menu includes Pulpo Tocino, a modern take on sopas, slow-roasted Angus beef mechado, and a multi-component dessert designed to usher in the new year. Haliya’s New Year menu is available from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on both dates.
At Nobu Manila, the local outpost of celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s globally renowned restaurant brand, guests can enjoy a five-course New Year Omakase dinner on 31 December and 1 January. Priced at P6,653.57 net per person, the menu features a progression of Japanese-Peruvian dishes, including octopus sashimi, assorted nigiri, wagyu inaniwa noodles, grilled lobster, grilled wagyu, and a watermelon pavlova dessert.
The Café, the interactive show kitchen of Hyatt Regency Manila City of Dreams, is hosting New Year’s Eve lunch and dinner buffets on Dec. 31, with two dinner seatings offered. The buffet spread includes premium carving stations, seafood selections, teppanyaki, sashimi, international cuisines, and holiday-themed desserts. Dinner guests will be treated to live music, a DJ, and a midnight countdown. Lunch is priced at P3,150, while dinner rates range from P4,288 to P4,988, inclusive of free-flowing beverages.
Beyond dining, City of Dreams Manila’s New Year countdown festivities will center on CenterPlay, the resort’s entertainment bar, where live bands and DJs will perform from 6 p.m. until just before midnight. Various countdown packages are available, each including party favors and a media noche platter, with rates starting at P2,500 net for single seats and extending to VIP table packages for groups.
City of Dreams Manila said the combination of curated menus, live entertainment, and countdown activities aims to deliver a complete New Year’s Eve experience for families, groups, and visitors welcoming 2026 at the resort.
