Gateway Group has opened Mitsubishi Gateway Greenhills along Connecticut Street in San Juan City, expanding its Mitsubishi dealership network within Metro Manila.
The new site serves customers in Greenhills and the nearby San Juan areas. Gateway said the location was selected to place sales and after-sales services closer to customers who live and work in one of the city’s busiest districts.
The facility covers about 2,000 square meters. Gateway said the service area can accommodate up to 21 vehicles at the same time.
The dealership keeps Mitsubishi Genuine parts in stock to reduce service delays and shorten turnaround time for routine maintenance and repairs.
Mitsubishi Gateway Greenhills has been operating under a soft opening for just over a month. Gateway said the branch has already been handling customers at full capacity during this period.
General manager Reggie de Guzman said new vehicle sales exceeded early projections. He said demand has been led by the recently introduced Mitsubishi Destinator, which was launched locally on 20 November 2025.
According to de Guzman, the model has been recording steady sales since the dealership began operations.
The Destinator is a seven-seat SUV positioned between the Xforce and the Montero Sport in Mitsubishi’s local lineup. It uses a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and targets buyers looking for a larger family vehicle without moving into the full-size SUV segment.
While vehicle sales have been active, Gateway placed emphasis on after-sales operations at the Greenhills site. The company said the layout prioritizes service efficiency rather than showroom size, given the area’s demand for quick and dependable maintenance support.
Customers waiting for their vehicles can use the service lounge inside the dealership. Gateway said the lounge includes seating, free Wi-Fi, and refreshments such as coffee. The company described the space as part of its standard customer service setup across its dealerships.
Gateway also announced an opening offer tied to the launch of the Greenhills branch. The dealership is offering a 30 percent labor discount on preventive maintenance service and other repair work from 22 December 2025 to 31 January 2026. Gateway said the same labor discount is available at Mitsubishi Pasig Gateway, another recent addition to its Mitsubishi network.
The Greenhills dealership operates as part of Gateway Group’s growing automotive portfolio. The group said the new branch supports its plan to strengthen its presence in key urban locations where access, service speed, and parts availability are critical to customers.
Gateway did not announce a separate grand opening date, but said regular operations are ongoing following the soft opening phase.
