Inilunsad ng pamahalaang lungsod Laoag City, Ilocos Norte ang Alisto Serbisyo Caravan, kung saan naserbisyuhan ang mga residente mula sa ilang barangay noong Lunes, ika-22 ng Disyembre.
Ang caravan isang mobile initiative na naglalayong ilapit ang government services sa mga komunidad.
Ayon kay Mayor James Bryan Alcid, ang programa ay pagpapatuloy at predecessor ng naunang Asenso Caravan na ipinatupad noong nakaraang administrasyon, at nakatuon sa pag-tulong sa parehong urban at rural barangays.
Nagbibigay ang caravan ng iba’t ibang uri ng serbisyo, mula sa basic consultations hanggang sa medical, technical, at iba pang specialized assistance, lalo na para sa mga residenteng may limitadong access sa city offices.
Ayon sa mga city officials, ang aktibidad ay pinondohan sa pamamagitan ng Mayor’s Office at ng Community Affairs and Development Office.
