Realme 15 Pro packs power, endurance

The realme 15 Pro 5G positions itself as a phone built for users with an active, always-on lifestyle, banking on three core strengths: battery life, display quality and performance.

Battery endurance is the phone’s strongest calling card. The device carries a 7,000 mAh battery, which realme says can deliver more than 24 hours of typical use.

Despite the large capacity, the phone remains relatively light at 187 grams and measures just 7.8 mm thick, making it easy to carry whether in pockets or small bags. The unit supports 80-watt fast charging, allowing users to quickly top up power before heading out.

The display is another highlight. The realme 15 Pro 5G features a 6.8-inch 1.5K curved AMOLED panel with a peak brightness of 6,500 nits, designed for clear visibility even under direct sunlight.

The 144Hz refresh rate contributes to smoother scrolling and more fluid gameplay, particularly noticeable in graphics-heavy mobile games such as Genshin Impact.

Powering the device is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor built on a 4-nanometer process, paired with 12GB of RAM. In everyday use and gaming scenarios, the setup delivers responsive performance, handling multitasking and high settings with ease.

The phone runs on realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, which brings refinements aimed at speed and efficiency. It also includes Next AI features such as AI Smart Remover 2.0 for photo editing and an AI-driven eye protection system that adjusts screen color temperature based on user fatigue.

In terms of design, the realme 15 Pro 5G opts for a premium look with a faux-leather back, available in Velvet Green and Silk Purple. The textured finish offers a comfortable grip while lending the phone an upscale feel.

Photography is handled by what realme calls a “Triple 50” camera setup, consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 main camera with optical image stabilization, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 50-megapixel front camera.

A standout feature is 4K video recording at 60 frames per second across all three cameras, an uncommon offering in the midrange segment. Images are generally vibrant with good dynamic range, though the absence of a dedicated telephoto lens may be a limitation for users who rely heavily on optical zoom.
