INSIDE the Sealion 5 DM-i cabin, the layout highlights comfort, quiet operation, and electric-first driving.
BYD Cars Philippines is closing out 2025 with a full range of electrified models and a set of anniversary deals that target different types of motorists, from city commuters to road trip regulars.
The brand, distributed locally by Mobility Access Philippines Ventures under ACMobility, says its current lineup can match a wide range of holiday plans on Philippine roads.
The company is rolling out limited Anniversary Deals that include up to P220,000 in savings, P25,000 in ACMobility charging credits, and low downpayment options on select vehicles.
These will be offered until 31 December 2025. Shoppers can check the promos and test drive units at the BYD Tech Tour in the Bonifacio Highstreet Amphitheater from 5 to 7 December, with activities running from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.
For drivers who want calm mornings and relaxed drives even during the Christmas rush, BYD points to the Sealion 5 DM-i.
The model pairs Super DM-i plug-in hybrid technology with an electric-first setup, a quiet cabin, and a comfortable suspension. The focus is on smooth, low-stress drives and practical space for luggage and gifts on regular commutes or provincial trips.
Those who spend more time on expressways and major city routes may look at the Seal 5 DM-i. This sedan is framed as the pick for modern drivers who want range and refinement.
It has a combined driving range of more than 1,200 kilometers, a 12.8-inch rotating infotainment display, and a digital instrument cluster. These keep long drives simple by cutting down on fuel stops while keeping the cabin connected and easy to use.
For active urban motorists, the Atto 3 serves as the all-electric option. It uses BYD’s Blade Battery and has a claimed 480-kilometer range on a full charge.
The cabin has a more expressive design and a 15.6-inch rotating screen. The model is positioned for drivers who split their time between dense city traffic and short out-of-town trips, with quick response and a quiet ride as key traits.
Families that need more space can look at the e-MAX 7. The fully electric people carrier emphasizes flexible seating, generous cargo capacity, and quiet operation. BYD says the model is aimed at growing households that juggle Christmas gatherings, airport runs, and long provincial vacations, while also wanting to shift into full-electric use.
For motorists planning mountain drives or rougher routes over the holidays, BYD is offering the Shark DM-O.
The pickup uses DM-O technology that combines electric motor performance with four-wheel drive capability. It is targeted at drivers who want more stability and control on winding roads, seaside routes, and light off-road trails.
Aside from the holiday promos, BYD Cars Philippines continues to accept reservations and test drive bookings through its dealer network in Metro Manila and key cities such as Cebu, Davao, Pampanga, Cagayan de Oro and Bacolod, as well as through its official website and social media channels.
ACMobility, which handles the brand in the country, also operates an expanding network of EV charging stations across Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, forming part of Ayala Group’s broader push for electrified mobility.
