The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) implemented traffic mitigation measures to address the expected 10 to 25 percent increase in vehicular volume on Metro Manila roads during the Christmas season.
Among the measures, mall operating hours will be adjusted to 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekdays, effective 17 November and remaining in force until 25 December.ANALY LABOR
