France-Philippines United Action (FPUA) is donating EcoBins —recycling bins made entirely from processed plastic waste — to partner universities as a symbol of youth-driven environmental change.
The humanitarian arm of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the Philippines announced the donation during the Youth for Dagat Summit held on 25 October 2025 at the Alliance Française de Manille in Makati City.
The Summit, organized by FPUA in partnership with Plastic Odyssey and funded and supported by the Embassy of France to the Philippines under the Blue Nations Initiative, brought together more than 120 student ambassadors, sustainability experts, and institutional partners to celebrate youth-led innovation and collaboration toward advancing circular economy solutions in the Philippines.
