It was a night of music, movement, and mouthwatering flavor as Angel’s Pizza celebrated the launch of its new Bulgogi Gochujang Pizza with an electrifying K-pop Dance Contest held on 25 October 2025 at Viva Café, Cyberpark Tower 1, Araneta City, Cubao.
The event brought together some of the country’s most dynamic dance crews in a showcase of talent and creativity inspired by Korea’s vibrant pop culture. The nationwide contest, which opened submissions from June to October, drew more than 100 entries from across the Philippines.
After several rounds of screening, six finalists advanced to the grand finals: ALPHA (Sampaloc, Manila), BANJEON (Cavite City), M.Y Crew (North Caloocan), MUV PH (Bauan, Batangas), Meraki PH (Mandaluyong), and VIXENS (San Pablo City, Laguna).
Each group delivered high-energy performances, with synchronized choreography and powerful stage presence that kept the crowd cheering. Emerging as the night’s top winner was Meraki PH from Mandaluyong, who took home the P100,000 grand prize. M.Y Crew of North Caloocan claimed second place with P50,000, while ALPHA from Sampaloc, Manila bagged P25,000 for third place.
According to Angel’s Pizza Brand Manager John Laderas, the contest was organized not only to promote the new pizza flavor but also to celebrate creativity and community among the youth. “Just like our new Bulgogi Gochujang Pizza, this contest blends Korean-inspired energy with Filipino talent and passion,” he said.
Fans can relive highlights of the competition and the winning performances through Angel’s Pizza’s official social media pages on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram.
The brand also expressed its gratitude to all participants, guests, and supporters who helped make the event a success — proving once again that at Angel’s Pizza, great moments deserve great pizza.
