Property developer Filinvest Land Inc. has launched a new rent-to-own program designed to make homeownership more accessible to middle-income Filipinos amid rising housing costs.

Under the “Rent it. Own it. Easy.” program, tenants can move into ready-for-occupancy units and gradually pay toward ownership over a 10-year period at zero percent interest and fixed monthly rates—with no bank loan approvals or income proof required.

Filinvest described the scheme as a “game-changer” for renters, allowing clients to move in within 30 days of securing their units. Each payment contributes directly to the total purchase price, effectively turning rent into ownership.

The developer said the program aims to address the long-standing challenge of rent payments that “go nowhere,” offering buyers a way to build equity instead of spending on temporary leases. Participants may also qualify for up to 20 percent discounts on total unit prices.

Filinvest added that all participating condominiums are located in established communities with full amenities and lifestyle facilities, including its Oasis mid-rise projects, family-oriented residential enclaves, and mixed-use developments across Metro Manila and Cebu.

The company said the program also responds to growing demand from urban renters seeking long-term stability amid higher rental rates and tighter bank lending conditions.
