The Independent Commission on Infrastructure (ICI) has formed a communications team to "preserve and protect" the integrity of the Malacan̈ang-created body.

Executive Director Brian Keith Hosaka said the creation of the ICI Communications Team (ICT) is part of the commissions proposed staffing pattern to be approved by the Palace, particularly the Department of Budget and Management (DBM).

Hosaka clarified that  in the meantime, is on an Ad Hoc basis until we get the necessary approvals.

He added that a communications team is necessary to facilitate the release of information to the public.

ICT Director John Arnaldo told reporters that aside from preserving and protecting the ICI's integrity, his team is tasked "to proactively communicate the relentless pursuit of justice" by the commission.

The President created to investigate and prosecute lawmakers, government officials and private individuals involved in the multi-billion anomalous flood control and infrastructure projects of the government.
