Kenneth Llover of the Philippines insists he is ready to send Panamanian puncher Luis Concepcion with a broken heart as they hype their ten-round bantamweight bout Sunday at the Winford Resort Casino in Manila.
“Let’s go,” Llover said during a press conference on Friday.
Concepcion likewise expressed his readiness to take on the unbeaten Filipino southpaw, whose fight is being staged by Gerrypens Promotion and Kameda Promotions of Japan.
Llover holds a 14-0 win-loss mark with nine knockouts while Concepcion sports a 40-11 card with 29 knockouts.
Llover is hoping to land a world title before the year comes to a close with Gerry Penalosa guiding him and a training team made up of Dindo Campo and strength coach Alex Ariza watching his progress.
