“Breaking Bad” star Aaron Paul is bidding farewell to his storied Los Angeles estate — a century-old property steeped in Hollywood history and star power.
Listed for $9.9 million, the Seyler House sits quietly in the hills below Griffith Park, exuding the same grandeur and mystique that has attracted a string of high-profile owners over the past several decades.
The 4,000-square-foot architectural gem has hosted a rotating cast of celebrity residents, including actor Robert Pattinson, “Rocky Horror” icon Tim Curry, “ER” alum Noah Wyle, Oscar-winning cinematographer Robert Richardson, and NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. Most recently, the property was owned by “The Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons, who sold it to Paul for $6.95 million in 2019.
Built nearly 100 years ago, the residence is considered one of the earliest homes constructed in the scenic Los Feliz hillside area, making it a landmark in its own right.
Paul, 45, reflected on his time at the Seyler House in a statement shared with the media, describing it as a “safe haven” with “a deep soul.” The actor and his family made the property their home for six years, during which they preserved its original charm while enjoying modern comforts.
The home’s listing marks a new chapter for the historic estate, which continues to draw attention not only for its architectural pedigree but for its long list of A-list inhabitants — a testament to its timeless appeal in the heart of Los Angeles.
