Actresses Bela Padilla and Max Collins, alongside influencers Patricia Henson and Daniel Peters, stun as Lacoste sails into Bali with “The French Wave,” a month-long takeover at The Lawn Canggu from 23 July to 22 August, channeling Riviera sophistication through sun, style and nostalgia.
Immersed in the ef fortless sophistication of French summer fashion, guests engage in cinematic reminiscence, specially curated experiences and whimsical beachside activities.
The Lacoste Summer Premiere transforms The Lawn into an open-air cinema beneath the stars. Guests can make their entrance via a branded green carpet, establishing the ambiance for an evening filled with retro elegance and Riviera allure.
The centerpiece is a screening of Blue Jeans (1958) by French New Wave director Jacques Rozier—a romantic tribute to summer romance on the Côte d’Azur.
The beating heart of the space is a magnificent six-meter Lacoste crocodile sculpture created by Balinese artist Make a Scene using banana leaves. This piece honors the island’s longstanding ties to craftsmanship and the natural world, as well as Lacoste’s recognizable logo.
During the month, The Lawn transforms into a beach paradise that exudes the Lacoste vibe. Relaxing in specially designed Lacoste sunbeds and parasols, guests can participate in engaging beach paddle games and savor complimentary popsicles shaped like crocodiles every Friday from a delightful vintage ice cream cart.
One of Bali’s most renowned beach clubs, The Lawn is renowned for its international appeal and laidback atmosphere. The ideal companion for Lacoste’s summer tale, it has grown from its modest beginnings, offering sunset margaritas from a beachside truck to a venue for carefully chosen music, sophisticated restaurants and breathtaking sunsets.
