The government is expanding the eGov PH Super App with new features, including NBI clearance processing, Beep Card integration for rail commuters, and access to the Bureau of Internal Revenue’s electronic Taxpayer Identification Number system.
The upcoming additions were announced by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. during his fourth State of the Nation Address on Monday as he cited the app’s role in pushing for digital transformation and more efficient public service.
“Patuloy pang dumarami ang serbisyong tiyak na praktikal sa bawat Pilipino. Ngayon, mahigit apatnapung serbisyo ng pamahalaan, kasama na ang mga LGUs, ang nasa eGov app. Gamit ang app, maaari nang gawin at ayusin ang sari-saring mga serbisyo at proseso ng pamahalaan na dati ay pinipilahan pa natin,” Marcos said.
“Walang pila. Walang fixer. Walang korapsyon,” he added.
Launched in 2023, the eGov PH Super App consolidates services from various government agencies including the Land Transportation Office, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund, and GSIS.
It supports functions such as driver’s license renewal, PhilSys ID retrieval, OFW document processing, job application biodata creation, and access to official news and advisories.
The platform has attracted over 14 million users and processed more than 200 million transactions, according to Malacañang.
It has also earned international recognition, receiving the United Nations E-Government Award and two GovMedia awards in Singapore for digital transformation and e-governance.
