Global ports tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. has overtaken property magnate Manuel Villar as the Philippines’ wealthiest individuals based on Forbes’ real-time ranking.
With a net worth of $11.9 billion, Razon edged out Villar’s fortune of $11 billion.
Other notable billionaires in the list include San Miguel Corp. honcho Ramon Ang, with $3.7 billion from diversified investments and taipan Lucio Tan, 91, with $3.3 billion, also from diversified ventures.
The Sy family, led by Henry Sy Jr. ($2.3 billion), Hans Sy ($2.2 billion), Herbert Sy ($2.1 billion), Harley Sy ($2 billion), and Teresita Sy-Coson ($1.9 billion), dominates with wealth from diversified businesses. Elizabeth Sy, 73, holds $1.7 billion.

Additional prominent figures include real estate top gun Andrew Tan, 73, and retailer Lucio Co, 70, each with $1.6 billion from diversified and retail sectors, respectively, and Susan Co, 67, with $1.5 billion from retail.
Jollibee founder Tony Tan Caktiong, 72, known for the food industry, and Eusebio Tanco, 75, with interests in digital entertainment, ports, and education, each have $1.2 billion. Converge’s Maria Grace Uy, 57, rounds out the list with $1 billion from telecom.
Most of the net worths remained unchanged recently, reflecting stable valuations across their respective industries.
