The long wait is over. Finally, popular bag designer Christian Cera recently launched his website — christiancera.ph. Distinctly known for his handmade masterpieces, which he designed, cut, assembled and handsewn hundreds of pre-ordered leather bags — definitely a master of his own. This creative director of a retail brand and teacher has truly created an imprint in the fashion landscape as he continues to create bags that are functional, have meaningful stories to tell, an impact on society and most importantly, create sustainable livelihood. The brand marks a milestone after a long wait – finally the divine time is now.

Good timing was always his mindset and uncertainty wasn’t an option. It had to be the right moment. In 2014 with a hide of leather and borrowed tools, this talented designer posted his creation of a handmade tote bag on Facebook and from an order of a college batchmate, the rest is history.

Crafting into commerce in slow fashion, mindful production in small batches has always been their practice. The brand is sensitive to wastage. There is and no inventory because they only create when there’s an order — make when there’s a need.
