American television personality and former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner left Israel over the weekend through Jordan as flights remained suspended due to escalating missile strikes from Iran.
Jenner had traveled to Tel Aviv to participate as guest of honor in the city's Pride Parade, which was ultimately canceled due to security threats. As Iranian missile attacks triggered airspace closures, Jenner reportedly crossed into neighboring Jordan by land before booking a flight back to Los Angeles.
The Israeli military faced a second consecutive night of missile barrages, prompting regional airspace restrictions, including temporary closures in Jordan. On Sunday morning, Jordan reopened its skies, allowing Jenner and others stranded by the conflict to continue their travels.
During her stay, Jenner sought shelter in a Tel Aviv bomb shelter on Thursday night amid air raid alerts. A photo later circulated online showing her drinking wine with a local influencer as sirens blared throughout the city. The post on X (formerly Twitter) featuring the photo has since been deleted.
Though her visit was cut short, Jenner publicly voiced support for Israel.
