Legacy in action

Premier Family Business Consulting officially launched the book "Legacy in Action" on 6 June, at Marco Polo Ortigas. The event gathered thought leaders and family business professionals to explore the dynamics of leadership and legacy. The event featured keynote presentations led by Jon Ramos, the book’s author and CEO of Premier Family Business Consulting. He delivered his capstone talk, “Two Systems, One Legacy: Professionalizing Family and Business,” where he shared insights drawn from decades of consulting work. Ramos emphasized the importance of structured governance and succession planning in building enduring family legacies. His book presents a transformative framework specifically designed for Filipino family businesses navigating intergenerational transitions. Proceeds from the first 200 book sales will go toward supporting weddings for marginalized unwed couples, helping them start anew with dignity. The next 200 will contribute to the renovation of the Redemptorist Holy Family Retreat House in Nivel Hills, Lahug, Cebu City. Each book purchase supports the broader mission of uplifting and empowering Filipino families, both in business and in life.
