Exciting times ahead for junior golf as the JGFP Superkit Junior Tour officially kicks off at The Vineyard Golf Club on 19 July.
The partnership between the Junior Golf Foundation of the Philippines (JGFP) and The Vineyard was sealed with a handshake between JGFP President Oliver Gan and The Vineyard General Manager Christopher Igaya, signaling a fresh boost for grassroots golf development in the country.
Joining the ceremonial moment were Nicole Gan and Coach Artemio Murakami, lending their full support to what’s being hailed as a game-changing initiative for young Filipino golfers.
Founded in 1976 by Amalia Montecillo, the JGFP was established to provide junior golfers an opportunity to to compete and grow in a structured environment. The foundation has played a crucial role in uniting parents and stakeholders under a common goal: developing globally competitive Filipino golfers.
The SuperKit Junior Tour is the latest in JGFP's efforts to expand access and opportunities for the country's next generation of golf champions.
