Manila Marriott Hotel has been officially recognized in the prestigious Michelin Guide Hotel selection. The notable list features 11 properties across the country. The guide, long celebrated for its discerning eye in culinary and hospitality excellence, selects only properties that offer a distinctive and memorable guest experience. For Manila Marriott, that experience is built on more than 15 years of service and meaningful moments shared with travelers from all over the world.
Nestled within the vibrant Newport World Resorts and just steps from NAIA Terminal 3, the hotel offers 568 spacious rooms and suites designed for rest and comfort, alongside a range of amenities that allow guests to feel both cared for and at home. Discovery Boracay is named to the 2025 T+L 500 list — a celebration of the best hotels in the world as chosen by the most important voices of all: the guests. This prestigious list is featured in the May 2025 issue of Travel + Leisure, with highlights available at travelandleisure.com. The T+L 500 is based on the results of the 2024 World’s Best Awards, where travelers from around the globe vote for the places that made their journeys unforgettable. This year’s list honors the hotels and resorts that stood out for exceptional quality, thoughtful amenities and heartfelt service.
Discovery Boracay was previously part of the T+L 500 from 2011 to 2014, and its return to the list in 2025 comes at a pivotal time. Following a successful rebranding, the resort embraced a refreshed identity while staying true to its soul. The new look is brighter, bolder, and more refined — but the heart behind every stay remains unchanged.

All 303 rooms and suites are furnished with the Westin Next Generation Heavenly Bed developed in partnership with leading sleep experts while incorporating guest feedback and the latest in sleep science to deliver a refreshed design and enhanced features. The bed is specially made for a luxurious and restorative sleep, with superior construction and a plush, pillow-top mattress made from high-quality materials. The bed also has a quilted top that adds an extra layer of comfort.
Room amenities include Westin’s signature Sleep Well Lavender Balm, which is infused with calming essential oils of lavender and chamomile.
Choose a lighter meal ahead of bedtime and rest easy with nourishment from the Sleep Well Menu, a selection of superfoods can help ease you into a good night’s sleep.
