Photo oops

Every United States military base displays a chain-of-command board showing portraits of the current president, vice president, defense secretary, chief of staff and heads of the different services. Displaying
the photos of these officials inside the headquarters building serves to inform the officers who their superiors are.
But at Fort McCoy, an army garrison in Wisconsin, the base’s leadership board became controversial early this month after someone took a photo of it with its top three frames of the commander-in-chief, President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth turned to face the wall.
The picture of the flipped portraits was shared on social media and went viral, angering conservatives.
Following the uproar from right-wingers, Col. Sheyla Baez Ramirez, the fort’s commander, was suspended by the army service.
“Regarding the Ft. McCoy chain of command wall controversy ... we fixed it!” a Pentagon social media account stated on 14 April, adding that an investigation was underway to determine the circumstances behind the incident, military.com reports.
Meanwhile, Australian bride Miccala Toms literally made a good catch on her wedding day last 19 April as she posed for unique shots at Dundee Beach, Northern Territory.
The catch was not exactly her groom though. As a guest was photographing Toms fishing on top of a rock, she felt a tug on her line, New York Post (NYP) reports.
“I thought I was reeling in a big fish, and it happened to be a shark,” said Toms, according to NYP.
Her groom, Brodie, stepped in to help reel in the wedding crasher and the couple was caught on cam with a memorable shot.
After posing for photos with their finned guest, the shark was released back to the ocean.
