Senator Bong Go has solidified his lead in the latest MBC-DZRH Pre-Election Survey (Wave 3), while fellow reelectionists Ben Tulfo, Pia Cayetano, and Manny Pacquiao saw noticeable drops in their rankings just months before the 2025 midterm elections.
The survey, fully funded by MBC Media Group and DZRH, was conducted from 12 to 14 April and included responses from 7,508 registered voters nationwide. It has a margin of error of ±1.13 percentage points.
Go topped the survey with 63.2% of the vote, a significant rise from 55.9% in the previous survey (Wave 2), which was conducted in March.
Several candidates, however, experienced a decline in their rankings. Tulfo, who was fifth in March with 43.3%, slipped to sixth or seventh place with 40.1%.
Cayetano dropped to ninth place with 36.3%, down from seventh in the previous wave, where she earned 40.9%. Pacquiao fell to the 14th to 15th ranks with 30.2%, compared to his 10th place position in March, where he had 38.5%.
The March survey (Wave 2) was conducted from March 8 to 10, with a sample size of 7,516 registered voters nationwide and a margin of error of ±1.13%.
