Mark Lee, a member of the K-pop group NCT, has unveiled the first teasers for his upcoming debut full-length album, The Firstfruit.
In the photos, the 25-year-old artist wears a customized shirt featuring a cartoon version of himself with his iconic paprika meme on the front, along with the album's teaser rollout schedule.
"The Firstfruit" and its title track, "1999," will be released on 7 April at 6 p.m. KST. Meanwhile, fellow NCT member Haechan will feature on one of the album's tracks, "+82 Pressin," which is set for release on 19 March.
The 13-track album includes Mark's previous releases, "200" and "Fraktsiya." Inspired by four cities that shaped his journey—his hometown, Toronto; his first immigrant city, New York; his school days in Vancouver; and Seoul, where he's fulfilling his dream as an artist—the album reflects Mark's diverse background.
Since debuting in 2016, Mark has been recognized as one of the busiest K-pop idols, balancing roles in NCT U, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, SuperM, and his solo projects, earning a reputation as an all-rounder in the industry.
