TTNC Pro Team Partner Naser "Akosi Dogie" Mollazehi is sparing no expense to make sure his players perform to the best of their abilities in the ongoing MPL PH Season 15.

Winless in Season 14 and a bottom placer at no. 8 in the last five seasons, TNC Pro Team broke its culture of losing with a new set of players in Yawi, Kouzen, Zaida, LanceCy, and Lord JM.

With Dogie leading the team, the players have been showered with gifts and cash rewards for performing at their best in recent times, winning three straight matches to go 3-1 in the season thus far.

When the team started winning, the rewards started pouring in. TNC Pro Team dined out when it scored its first win of the season over AP Bren in Week 1.

Soon after, Dogie bought his team brand new AirPods Max and gave them a P5,000 and P10,000 cash bonus for beating Omega and Twisted Minds, respectively.

For Dogie, showering his squad with rewards will help boost his players' morale.

"To me, it is not the reward, let us be honest. Why the reward system? Each player does not have the same salary; there is a higher salary base for star players," Dogie said after beating Twisted Minds.

"For Kouzen and LanceCy, who were top eight last season, they maintained their salaries, so it is not that high," he continued.

"I think the reward system will boost their morale in such a way that they can continue this not only to help ourselves but our also our family."

But more than winning, Dogie stressed that his bonuses go a long way for his team's loved ones.

"They are all like that, they help their families. Money can help their families and put food on the table," Dogie shared.
