917Ventures taps Concati to boost APIs
Published on

Globe Telecom’s venture builder, 917Ventures, has partnered with Bridge Alliance through Concati, its latest portfolio addition, to enhance access to telecommunications APIs across multiple markets.

The partnership positions Concati as a channel partner for the Bridge Alliance API Exchange (BAEx), a platform that streamlines multi-market API access for enterprises through a single contract, integration, and support system.

The collaboration aims to expand interoperability and simplify digital transformation for businesses relying on telco services.

Concati, an emerging API marketplace, enables enterprises and developers to integrate telco capabilities such as authentication, fraud prevention and connectivity solutions.

By joining BAEx, the company is expected to facilitate faster adoption of telco-powered digital services.

The initiative allows businesses to leverage key telco APIs, including Number Verification and SIM Swap Authentication, which are critical for enhancing fraud prevention and user security.

This streamlined access can help enterprises improve customer authentication processes while reducing the time required to launch new services.

Vince Yamat, Managing Director of 917Ventures, emphasized the impact of the collaboration: “We are excited to partner with Bridge Alliance to make it easier for enterprises, developers, and mobile network operators to tap into telco capabilities, helping them innovate faster and simplify complex processes.”

Boon Chee Loo, senior vice president for Roaming and Products at Bridge Alliance, highlighted the broader industry significance: “Our collaboration with Concati aligns with our mission of making APIs more accessible and easier to integrate across multiple markets. By working together, we are driving the adoption of telco capabilities on a broader scale.”
