The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the organization that awards the Oscars, announced on Tuesday that BLACKPINK’s Lisa, RAYE, and Doja Cat will be taking the stage at the award show set on 2 March 2025.

Lisa will make history as the first K-pop artist to perform at the award show, joining RAYE and Doja Cat, who were recently featured on her song "Born Again."

While people anticipated a live performance of this track, Oscars organizer clarified in a reply tweet that the trio will not be performing it together.
