Ito ay para hilingin sa Ombudsman na mapatawan ng preventive suspension sina House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, Majority Leader Mannix Dalipe, Rep. Zaldy Co, at Rep. Stella Quimbo.
Nauna rito, nagsampa rin ang grupo ng 12 counts ng falsification of legislative documents laban sa nabanggit na House officials kaugnay ng insertions sa P241-bilyong 2025 national budget.
Ayon sa mga nagpetisyon, dapat masuspinde ang mga opisyal upang hindi maimpluwensyahan ang isinasagawang pagsisiyasat.
Sinabi rin ni Alvarez na hindi ito kapareho ng nauna nilang idinulog sa anti-graft body at maaari raw itong unang aksyunan para sa magiging daloy ng mga imbestigasyon.
