Senator Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go on 8 February 2025, handed out aid under the Emergency Housing Assistance Program (EHAP) to 1,185 fire and landslide victims in the cities of Mandaue, Talisay, and Cebu.

The affected residents received P10,000 in cash assistance through the National Housing Authority (NHA).

The distribution was conducted at the Barangay Gym in Subangdaku, Mandaue City for Cebu and Mandaue beneficiaries, while another distribution event was held at the People’s Hall in Talisay City.
