Police Regional Office 4A (PRO-4A) will deploy 12,297 police officers, force multipliers and partner agency personnel across the Calabarzon region to secure major cemeteries, transport hubs and travel corridors during the observance of Undas 2026.

PRO-4A regional director Brig. Gen. Dominic Baccay said security personnel will cover high-density areas across Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal and Quezon provinces.

The security contingent consists of 5,561 police officers, 5,518 volunteer force multipliers — including local traffic enforcers and Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams — and 1,218 personnel from the Bureau of Fire Protection, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Philippine Coast Guard, and allied frontline agencies.

To assist travelers and cemetery visitors, authorities are activating 529 police assistance desks, 514 motorist assistance centers, and 46 strategic border control checkpoints across the five provinces.

Regional police identified five high-volume cemeteries expected to draw a combined total of 426,000 visitors for intensified security monitoring.

These include the Manila Memorial Cemetery in Dasmariñas City, Cavite; Sta. Felomina Cemetery in Biñan City, Laguna; Eternal Garden in Barangay Balagtas, Batangas City; Sympathy Memorial and Columbarium in Barangay San Isidro, Angono, Rizal; and St. Ferdinand Cemetery in Barangay Ibabang Dupay, Lucena City, Quezon.
