Responding to the growing demand for premium properties outside Metro Manila, Century Properties Group (CPG) is expanding its Azure North Estate development in San Fernando, Pampanga.
The listed developer said on Friday that the planned second phase of Azure North will feature four mid-rise residential buildings and 49 town villas, complemented by new amenities aimed at enhancing the resort-style living experience.
CPG will first launch Mykonos this month, a 12-story tower scheduled for completion by mid-2027.
The building will offer studio and one-bedroom units, along with services such as 24/7 security, concierge, and a fire safety system to ensure the convenience and safety of residents. Total sales projections for Mykonos are estimated at P2.7 billion.
In addition, CPG will develop a Waterpark with water slides, while the Playpark will include a basketball court, a children’s playground, a pet park, and green spaces designed to foster community engagement and family-oriented living.
CPG is allocating P1.2 billion in capital expenditures for Mykonos and P215 million for the Azure North Waterpark.
CPG president and CEO Marco Antonio described Azure North as a prime destination for both homebuyers and investors, offering a combination of convenience and lifestyle amenities, which he believes is further supported by the region’s economic growth.
“Azure North is strategically located in the heart of these emerging hubs, offering easy access to key destinations and Metro Manila,” Antonio said.
“This project aligns with the evolving needs of the new generation, and we are confident it will contribute significantly to the growth of Pampanga and Central Luzon. We foresee a future where more premium residential projects like this will be built outside NCR,” he added.
The 7.8-hectare Azure North Estate is located just minutes from the NLEX San Fernando exit and is only a 90-minute drive from Metro Manila via Skyway 3.
