P.A. Properties Hankyu Hanshin, a partnership between P.A. Properties Alvarez Properties and Development Corp. and Japan’s Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corporation, has launched a new phase of Idesia Heights in Dasmariñas, Cavite. The expansion introduces 76 units of the highly sought-after Fuji model. The launch event was held at Hotel Okura Manila.

This new phase marks a significant milestone in the collaboration between P.A. Properties and Hankyu Hanshin, which aims to provide affordable, high-quality homes for Filipino families. The Idesia Heights development, located in the rapidly growing city of Dasmariñas, Cavite, reflects the companies' commitment to building sustainable, family-centered communities.

P.A. Properties CEO and president Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz expressed her pride in the partnership, highlighting that Idesia Heights Dasmariñas holds special meaning as their first joint venture with Hankyu Hanshin seven years ago.
