Axelum Resources Corp. (ARC) is set to build on its strong turnaround from last year with an aggressive growth strategy.
The company said on Tuesday that it has outlined plans to solidify its position as a leading fully integrated manufacturer and global supplier of coconut food products.
“We have identified unique opportunities that will help propel us into a new era of growth. We believe the current global economic conditions will remain supportive of this ambition,” ARC president and COO Henry J. Raperoga said.
“We’ve charted a clear path to expand our institutional business while tapping into the untapped potential of our consumer markets both domestically and internationally,” Raperoga said.
Driven by rising demand for plant-based foods, commercial applications and emerging market trends, ARC is forecasting record-high volumes across its key product segments.
The global coconut products industry is expected to experience robust demand, higher pricing and tight supply conditions in 2025.
Despite potential challenges from supply volatility due to climate change, ARC is well-positioned to capitalize on these prevailing conditions.
To boost production, ARC has commissioned a new filling line, increasing coconut water output by over 30 percent annually.
Additionally, the company has secured a multi-year renewal agreement with Vita Coco, the world’s largest coconut water brand, solidifying one of its fastest-growing revenue streams.
