Actress Kathryn Bernardo shared a heartfelt birthday message for her mom, Min Bernardo, who celebrates her special day today, 5 January.

On Instagram, Kathryn uploaded a series of her favorite photos with her mom, paired with a touching caption. “They say you can’t choose your family, but if I had the chance, I’d still choose you to be my mom — over and over again,” the actress wrote.

Kathryn admitted that their relationship, like any other mother-daughter bond, is not perfect. “Our relationship may not be perfect (lots of fights and misunderstandings do happen), but it’s the imperfect moments that made us stronger. They made me love you even more,” she shared.
