Rising ONE Championship mixed martial arts (MMA) bantamweight star Jeremy Pacatiw is targeting his third straight win in the promotion when he returns to action this year.

Pacatiw faces Ibrahim Dauev in a three-round bantamweight MMA bout at ONE Fight Night 28 on 8 February inside Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Lions Nation MMA standout is extra motivated for this comeback, especially since he and his wife Marj are going to add to their growing family.

“I’m incredibly excited to step back into the circle this February. This fight is especially meaningful to me because my wife and I are expecting our first child soon,” Pacatiw said.

“Knowing that I’ll be fighting not just for myself but for my growing family has given me more motivation than ever.”

A win for Pacatiw would be his fourth in five outings in the promotion. His only loss came from reigning ONE Bantamweight MMA World Champion Fabricio Andrade.

Dubbed as “The Juggernaut,” Pacatiw is also fresh off consecutive impressive submission finishes, including a rear-naked choke victory over Wang Shuo.

Another win would elevate Pacatiw in the bantamweight rankings, so he promises to come in a whole lot better from his previous showing.

“I want to secure this win and make it a moment we’ll always remember,” he said.

“I’m coming in stronger, more focused, and ready to give it my all. This will be a fight to remember.”
