Hundreds of families in Quezon City have finally received their land titles, thanks to the efforts of the National Housing Authority (NHA) and local government officials.
In a series of ceremonies held over the weekend at Barangay Holy Spirit Hall and Serbisyong Bayan Park in Barangay Batasan Hills, a total of 385 families from the National Government Center Housing and Development Project (NGCHDP) were awarded Transfer Certificates of Title.
NHA general manager Joeben A. Tai led the distribution of titles, along with Second District Representative Ralph Wendel Tulfo and Mayor Joy Belmonte.
Tai stressed the NHA’s commitment to fulfilling its mandate as the trustee of the NGCHDP, ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive their land titles.
“Our goal is to distribute 5,000 to 10,000 titles to families here in District 2 before the end of this administration,” Tai said.
