Quezon City Police District Acting District Director PCOL Melecio Buslig is set to accompany QCPD Medical and Dental Chief LTCOL Van Jason Villamor to the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday, 27 November 2024, to file a complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte and her staff. The complaint stems from an incident at the House of Representatives Detention Center and Veterans Memorial Medical Center (VMMC) involving the detention of Atty. Zuleika Lopez, Duterte's Chief of Staff. The Vice Presidential Security and Protection Group (VPSPG) allegedly pushed and assaulted LTCOL Villamor, while the Vice President reportedly verbally assaulted her.
