The Bureau of Customs (BoC) successfully held its second “Customs Community Caravan: Awareness Campaign Against Parcel Scams” in San Juan City last 25 November 2024 which aimed to educate the public about parcel scams and other cybercrimes.
In a statement, the BoC said that the caravan featured talks on the prevalence of cybercrimes, particularly “love scams,” and provided practical guidance on customs clearance for postal items and packages shipped via DHL Express.
