Marc Obra has seen those opportunities firsthand and used them to create new avenues for both his personal and career development. Having been with Orica Philippines since 2012, Marc got his start with the technical team and starred in various technical, operations, and business development roles before landing his current position as a territory manager for surface metals accounts.
This string of strong performances has led to an opportunity for Marc in the QLD Coal division of the Orica Australia office. Asked on how Orica's work environment has impacted his knowledge and skills to take on his new role, Marc credits how Orica's wealth of experience helped uplift his entire team's capabilities in providing solutions to their partners.
To this day, Marc sees Orica's collaborative spirit as a unique strength, saying that collaboration instills confidence, knowing that there is always someone backing team members to help them address the needs of partners and the industry.
