Authorities collared an individual regarded as the number one most wanted person in the Southern Police District for a statutory rape case in Taguig last 9 December 2023.
Police identified the suspect as one alias Emo, categorized as the No. 1 most wanted person in the district level.
A team from the Taguig police's Warrant and Subpoena Section arrested the suspect on President Quirino Street, Barangay South Signal Village.
Two counts of statutory rape and statutory lascivious conduct was slapped against Emo.
Emo was nabbed based on warrants of arrest issued by Presiding Judge Loralie Cruz Datahan of the Taguig Regional Trial Court Branch 69.
No bail was recommended for the statutory rape case and P180,000 for the statutory lascivious conduct in the warant of arrest.
Emo is detained at the station custodial facility in Taguig police station.
