The Commission on Elections reported on Thursday that the first day of the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections campaign was peaceful.
No suspicious occurrences or unlawful campaign violations were reported in the National Capital Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, CARAGA, Region IV-A, Region IV-B, Region V, Region VI, Region VII, Region IX, and Region X, according to the data released by the COMELEC.
