BAGUIO CITY — Officials and employees of the Kalinga Provincial Government troop to the Benguet Province on Wednesday to learn on how to implement the Universal Health Care program better.

Benguet and Kalinga are among the six provinces of the Cordillera Region.

The employees and officials want to learn the method of the Benguet Province in their exemplary application of the program that benefits its residents especially the indigent sector.

Benguet is one of the provinces considered to have advanced implementation of the UHC.
