ABS-CBN Films' A Very Good Girl earned over P10 million on its first day, making it the biggest Filipino movie of 2023 with over 32,000 tickets sold.
Now screening in more than 250 cinemas nationwide, A Very Good Girl is taking the country by storm with moviegoers praising the film and the acting prowess of the cast.
Lead stars Kathryn Bernardo and Dolly de Leon also visited different cinemas in Metro Manila during the movie's opening day on 27 September to express their gratitude to viewers.
Bernardo and De Leon are scheduled to fly to the US for the Hollywood premiere of A Very Good Girl on 4 October at The Silver Screen, Pacific Design Theater in Los Angeles, California. US theatrical screenings of A Very Good Girl will begin on 6 October.
Besides the US, the movie will be shown next month in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Guam and Saipan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, Nigeria and in the Middle East.
A Very Good Girl also stars Chie Filomeno, Jake Ejercito, Gillian Vicencio, Kaori Oinuma, Ana Abad Santos, Nour Hooshmand, Donna Cariaga, Althea Ruedas, Nathania Guerrero and Angel Aquino.
