RLC Residences recently won recognition at the DOT Property Philippines Awards 2023.

It received the Best Developer in Metro Manila and Cebu citations and the Special Recognition Award for Innovation for its digital solutions.

RLC Residences' other renowned projects won citations: Le Pont Residences in Bridgetowne Destination Estate as the Best Luxury Development; Mantawi Residences in Mandaue City, Cebu as the Best High-End Lifestyle Condominium title; SYNC in Pasig City as the Best Smart Home Condominium; and Sierra Valley Gardens in Cainta, Rizal as the Best Smart Urban Community.

RLC Residences got the much-coveted People's Choice Award for Project of the Year for Le Pont Residences for two consecutive years.
