Hyundai Motor Company, a global automotive powerhouse, has unveiled its latest high-performance electric vehicle, the Ioniq 5 N, at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in West Sussex, England.
This marks a significant milestone for the automaker as it is the first all-electric model from Hyundai's N brand, a line-up known for its high-performance vehicles. The introduction of the Ioniq 5 N signals the beginning of a new era in Hyundai's electrification strategy, demonstrating the company's commitment to sustainable mobility solutions.
Jaehoon Chang, president and CEO of Hyundai Motor Company, had this to say: "Hyundai N spearheads the technological leadership of Hyundai Motor Company. N brand's winning combination of technological know-how and motorsport experience is pushing the limits of vehicle performance, which has most recently resulted in Ioniq 5 N, a game-changer for electric high performance.

The Ioniq 5 N is not just another EV; it is a vehicle designed to deliver a thrilling driving experience, whether on the open road or the racetrack. It embodies the three pillars of N performance: Corner Rascal, Racetrack Capability, and Everyday Sportscar.
These pillars are brought to life through a range of motorsport-inspired technologies and years of development in Hyundai's "Rolling Lab."
"Ioniq 5 N, was developed to take driving fun to a new level by utilizing the latest technologies available. Starting with Ioniq 5 N, N brand aims to deliver N's signature fun driving experience regardless of petrol, electric or hydrogen," said Till Wartenberg, vice president and head of N Brand and Motorsport at Hyundai Motor Company.
