PHNOM PENH, Cambodia – Kim Mangrobang settled for a silver medal as she failed to defend her throne in the 32nd Southeast Asian Games women's triathlon at the Kep Town Beach in Kep.
Mangrobang clocked in one hour and 17:24.0 minutes but it wasn't enough as Margo Carabedian took home the gold with 1:05:34.2 hours.
Louisa Marie Middlemitch of Singapore came in third place with 1:07:30.1 hours.
Mangrobang dominated the women's triathlon from 2017 until 2022.
