Itinanghal na best actress ang aktres na si Coleen Garcia sa El Grito International Fantastic Film Festival na naganap sa bansang Venezuela para sa kanyang pagganap sa horror movie na "Kaluskos."

Sa kanyang IG, ipinakita ng asawa ng aktor na si Billy Crawford ang kasiyahan niya sa kanyang pagkakapanalo at ayon pa sa kanya, ang natanggap niyang panalo ay isang karangalan para sa kanya.

"Yesterday I woke up to the exciting news that I won Best Actress at the El Grito International Fantastic Film Festival in Venezuela! (smiling face with hearts emoji) Thank you so much to the jury for selecting me. I am so honored! (white heart emoji)" saad ni Coleen sa kanyang caption.

Lubos din siyang nagpapasalamat sa direktor ng pelikula na si Roman Perez Jr. sa tiwalang ibinigay sa kanya.

"Thank yooouuu, Direk @manru and @viva_films, for the trust, and for giving me the opportunity to play Rebekah. Thank you, Lord, for carrying me through all of it. (white heart emoji) I learned a lot from this project, and working on it really reminded me why I love what I do!" sabi pa ng aktres.

May hiwalay na post din si Direk Roman at ikinuwento pa na nalaman niya ang magandang balita matapos makatanggap ng email mula sa film festival sa Venezuela.

"The jury made up of Lina Duran (director of the Insolito Festival), Hernan Moyano (producer and director), and Cristian Jaramillo (director of the Fantasmagoria Festival) have awarded Coleen Garcia the best actress award," sabi ng direktor.

Ito na ang ikalawang international award na nakakuha ng pagkilala si Direk Roman para sa kanyang pelikula.
