Due to inclement weather brought about by tropical storm "Paeng", organizers of the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference postponed the matches scheduled Saturday, 29 October, at the Sta. Rosa Sports Complex in Laguna.
"When it comes to weather, the players' safety and all those involved in each PVL staging is our priority," said organizing Sports Vision president Ricky Palou.
He added that the Cignal-Choco Mucho and F2 Logistics-Petro Gazz matches will be re-scheduled to a later date.
The four teams are in the thick of the fight for the three remaining semifinal slots.
Chery Tiggo has clinched the first Final Four berth with an unblemished 5-0 win-loss record while grand slam-seeking Creamline is tipped to nail the second seat with a 4-0 mark.
Petro Gazz is in third with a 2-1 card while F2 Logistics and Choco Mucho are tied at 2-2 and Cignal is just half-a-game behind with a 1-2 record.
Paeng is forecasted to move west northwestward over the Philippine Sea through Sunday while moving towards central or southern portion of Luzon.
PVL games are expected to resume on 3 November at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan with Army facing Cignal and Choco Mucho clashing with Akari.
