Tim Cone, who's had the most number of PBA championships at 24 and the only coach to win two grand slams in Asia's pioneer professional basketball league, doesn't stop learning.

He believes his on-the-job training with the Miami Heat and his being with the Gilas Pilipinas coaching staff will contribute to his personal growth, as well as to Barangay Ginebra, the PBA's most popular team.
